He is a prominent scholar in Economic Sciences who has contributed over 40 publications to global and local academic journals. An active participant in regional and national conferences, he is the author of key texts such as Principles of Economics and a comparative study titled The Economic System in Iraq between Centralized Socialism and Capitalist Liberalism. Throughout his academic career, he has chaired and supervised numerous doctoral and master's candidates. He specializes in Macroeconomics and is currently focusing his research on Econometrics.

He has published more than 20 scientific research papers in various reputable journals and scientific conferences both within and outside Iraq. The researcher has authored a collection of significant publications and scientific books in the field of Oil and Gas Economics, including the book “Evaluation of Oil Licensing Round Contracts in Iraq.” He has participated in and supervised numerous PhD dissertations and Master's theses. His primary research interests focus on Oil and Gas Economics.

Asst. Prof. Dr. Haider Ali Karim Al-Asadi is an academic and author who has published, to date, 15 books across various literary genres as well as intellectual, cultural, and literary fields. He has received more than ten international literary awards and holds a PhD from the University of Basrah. He has several scientific research papers published in reputable local and international journals. His research interests include literature, literary criticism, and media. He currently serves as the Administrative Assistant Dean of the College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas, and he is a member of the Academics Syndicate, the Journalists Syndicate, and the Union of Writers and Authors.

 

Dr. Abdulbaqi Khalaf Ali holds the academic rank of Assistant Professor in the field of Mechanical Engineering. He obtained his PhD from the University of Basrah, Iraq. His area of specialization is Applied Mechanics, within the broader discipline of Mechanical Engineering, with academic and research interests in mechanical analysis and applications.

Mr. Marfa Al-Asady has been serving as the Deputy
Managing Director of Basrah Gas Company since
August 2020, in addition to leading the Production
and Maintenance Directorate. In this capacity, he
oversees all core production functions, including
maximizing production rates, implementing best-in
class safety practices, developing workforce
capabilities, and enhancing asset efficiency to ensure
operational excellence and long-term sustainability.
